Refund Policy

1. Free plan

Sturdy Scraper includes a Free plan with up to 200 rows per scrape so you can test the workflow before purchasing Pro.

2. Paid plan

Pro is priced at USD 9 per month or USD 79 per year. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Any taxes, invoices, and payment receipts are handled by Paddle.

3. Refund window

If Sturdy Scraper Pro does not work for your intended use case, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@sturdyscraper.com. Include the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined for abuse, repeated refund requests, usage that violates the Terms of Service, or cases where the issue is caused by a third-party website blocking access, requiring CAPTCHA, or prohibiting scraping.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel future renewals through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges outside the refund window above.
